What is your pricing model?
At Better View Realty Media, we believe every property—from cozy condos to sprawling estates—deserves the highest quality marketing content. To keep our services fair, we use a hybrid pricing model between Flat rates and Scale-based pricing just on the services that are directly impacted by the size of the property.

Are there any restrictions on where you can fly the drone?
As FAA Part 107 certified pilots, we check all airspace for flight restrictions. If a property is near an airport or in restricted airspace, we handle the authorization process. In cases where flight is legally prohibited, we will notify you immediately.
Where are you located?
While our standard service area Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, you can contact us if you are interested in to book our services in a different area.
How do I access and manage my media?
Once your media is ready, you will receive an email link to your Private Client Portal. From there, you can download high-resolution files for print and web-optimized files for the MLS. Beyond just downloading photos, you can generate social media flyers, track visitor analytics on your listing webpage, manage lead captures. It’s designed to save you hours of marketing work on every listing.
How do I schedule a shoot?
You can book directly through our online scheduling tool 24/7, where you can select the best package, see real-time availability and upfront pricing.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
No, you do not need to be there as long as we have access via a lockbox or a provided code. So you can focus your energy on your next listing.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We offer flexible rescheduling and cancellations requested more than 24 hours before the shoot, otherwise may incur a fee.
How should the home be prepared for the shoot?
For the best results, the home should be decluttered, deep cleaned, light bulbs replaced, No personal objects and No vehicles in front of the house or on driveways . You can download our Full Home Preparation Checklist for detailed tips.
What happens if it's raining on the day of the shoot?
We can still shoot interiors, but for exterior and drone work, we may need to reschedule or offer blue sky replacement in editing at no extra cost.
What should I do with pets?
We recommend that pets are either moved out of the property or secured in a kennel/crate during the shoot to ensure they don't appear in the media and keep the process as smooth as possible.
